The fastest way to get help from the community. Ask your question in the appropriate channel and community members or maintainers will respond.
Response time: Usually within a few hours during weekdays.

For longer-form questions, design discussions, or topics that benefit from a persistent thread.
Response time: 1-2 business days.
Bug Reports
Found a bug? Open a GitHub issue with the following details:
- Description -- What happened vs what you expected
- Steps to reproduce -- Minimal steps to trigger the bug
- Environment -- AgentPost version, Node.js version, OS, database version
- Logs -- Relevant log output (redact sensitive data like API keys)
Tips for faster resolution:
- Include the exact error message and HTTP status code
- Provide a minimal reproduction case
- Mention if the issue is intermittent or consistent
- Check if the issue exists in the latest release before reporting
Feature Requests
Have an idea for a new feature? Open a GitHub issue or discussion:
Include:
- Use case -- What problem does this solve?
- Proposed solution -- How do you envision it working?

Do not report security vulnerabilities through public channels.
